Returns

At FH Designs, each customized product is made uniquely to order based on your specific requests. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items, including cases where the wrong size, color, or design was selected, or if you simply change your mind.

However, for FH crested items, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit return policy only. Simply return unworn and unused items within 7 days of your delivery date, and we'll issue you a store credit to use on your next purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
